Emotional distress is a psychological issue that is increasingly gaining attention in modern society. Various contemporary approaches have been employed to address this problem, including modern psychological methods, alternative therapies, and spiritual approaches. This article focuses on the social approach in managing emotional stress based on the hadiths from Sahih Al-Bukhari. The aim of this study is to identify hadiths related to social approaches in managing emotional stress found in Sahih Al-Bukhari. This qualitative study employs content analysis of hadiths related to emotional stress and social approaches. The findings reveal several identified social strategies, including psychosocial support from others, positive speech, family awareness of physical changes, and showing concern. This study reinforces the view that social approaches grounded in Islamic teachings can serve as effective alternatives in managing emotional stress, particularly for the Muslim community. Therefore, a deep understanding of the Prophet's hadiths regarding social aspects is highly significant in building an emotionally and spiritually healthy society.
