Unfortunately, there is no real treatment for these psychological illnesses in modern health hospitals, and the treatments they offer for them do not have a significant effect. As a result, charlatans and those deviating from Islam have exploited these conditions by treating them in the name of Islam but in a way that contradicts Islamic teachings. Therefore, this research aims to discuss the guidelines in the authentic Sunnah of the Prophet to prevent psychological illnesses among the elderly. The research utilised an inductive, descriptive, and analytical approach to achieve this objective. The study also analysed the contributions that existed regarding teachers’ ; behaviour in teaching that influenced the level of performance of SRA JAIS teachers in performing tasks. The study employed a quantitative approach using the questionnaire form as a research instrument based on the Kirkpatrick assessment model to explain the behaviour aspects of SRA JAIS teachers in implementing PdP. The study sample consisted of 535 SRA JAIS teachers from a total population of 5,489 teachers covering nine districts in Selangor. The analysis was performed using the SPSS Programme Version 22.0 software to provide descriptive and inferential statistics for the study. Descriptive study findings show that the mean value is high in the whole aspect of teacher behaviour in PdP. However, there are high-quality items regarding the behaviour of the teacher involving the three items. Through double regression analysis (stepwise), there is a significant correlation between contribution and performance among teachers in schools. The implications of this study suggest that JAIS should provide specific training related to the teaching approach to improve the quality of teachers. Individuals with mental disabilities (OKU mental) are an important community within the local society. However, this group often faces challenges in communicating with the public or in the public’ss understanding of how to communicate with them. Therefore, this study discusses selected hadiths through qualitative analysis related to communication ethics to understand how Islam encourages attitudes of respect and empathy towards individuals with mental disabilities based on the Manual of Disability Awareness for the Implementation of Friendly Health Services for Persons with Disabilities (OKU) in 2015. Data was collected from primary sources such as collections of hadiths, commentaries by scholars, and relevant literature. The study found that Islam emphasises the importance of comprehensive communication for all individuals, including those with mental disabilities. In this context, Islam views everyone as a creation of Allah entitled to fair and respectful treatment. This study contributes significantly to raising awareness in society about communication ethics towards individuals with mental disabilities. By applying the Islamic values taught through these hadiths, it is hoped that society can increase awareness and practise more empathetic communication, encouraging and providing appropriate space for individuals with mental disabilities in all aspects of their lives.</p> <p><strong>Abstrak</strong><br /><br />Kajian bertujuan untuk meneroka dan menganalisis hadis-hadis etika komunikasi yang boleh diselaraskan terhadap orang kelainan upaya mental di Malaysia. Namun, golongan ini sering menghadapi cabaran dalam berkomunikasi dengan masyarakat atau kefahaman masyarakat untuk berkomunikasi dengan mereka. Oleh itu, kajian ini akan membahas cebisan hadis menerusi analisis kualitatif yang berkaitan dengan etika komunikasi untuk memahami bagaimana Islam mendorong sikap penghargaan dan empati terhadap golongan OKU mental berasaskan buku Manual Kesedaran Ketidakupayaan bagi Pelaksanaan Perkhidmatan Kesihatan Mesra Orang Kurang Upaya (OKU) tahun 2015. As a consequence, it has to be clear, concise and reflecting the depth of study. Those who have the minimum experience in academic work such as researcher, supervisor, examiner and reviewer; realise that the most common mistake that the researcher may commit before embarking on any research; is the random and careless selection of the problem statement of the research, which makes the research a repetition to previous research, lacking credibility, and vulnerable to criticism. Therefore, this research aims to establish clear rules for crafting the research problem statement and identifying its methodological errors, specifically in Qur’anic studies derived from universities’ theses. This study employs the inductive, descriptive and analytical methods. This surah is not only practised by Muslims with all their senses intact but can also be practised by the differently-abled community. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the experiences of teachers using the Tahfiz Akhyar method for memorising Surah al-Fatihah among hearing-impaired students. A case study was conducted to obtain qualitative data through interviews. Three teachers with more than 5 years of experience in teaching the Quran to hearing-impaired individuals participated in the study. The findings yielded three sub-themes based on teachers’ feedback, including challenges faced by students, challenges faced by teachers, and engaging teaching materials.<br /><br /><strong>Abstrak</strong><br />Surah al-Fatihah merupakan surah yang sering kali dibaca secara berulang-kali oleh seseorang yang beragama Islam. Hal ini membuktikan bahawa surah al-Fatihah penting dalam kehidupan seseorang Muslim. Surah al-Fatihah ini bukan hanya diamalkan oleh Muslim yang mempunyai pancaindera yang sempurna, malah ia juga boleh diamalkan oleh komuniti OKU. Justeru, tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk meneliti pengalaman guru menggunakan kaedah Tahfiz Akhyar bagi hafazan surah al-Fatihah kepada murid OKU Pendengaran. Satu kajian kes telah dilaksanakan bagi memperoleh data kualitatif hasil daripada temu bual. Seramai tiga orang tenaga pengajar yang mempunyai pengalaman lebih lima tahun mengajar Quran menggunakan kaedah Tahfiz Akhyar kepada OKU Pendengaran. Hasil dapatan kajian, terdapat tiga sub tema yang diperoleh pengkaji hasil daripada maklum balas guru. This study provided a systematic review of the factors that influence the teaching practices of in-service teachers in inclusive education. This study was analyzed using a PRISMA-based systematic analysis approach by searching two databases, Web of Science and Scopus, for relevant literature from 2014 to 2023. Twenty-seven articles were finally selected for inclusion in the study. The results showed that factors influencing the teaching practices of in-service teachers in inclusive education include teachers’ self-efficacy, teachers’ attitudes and teachers’ teaching strategies. Also, the existing literature has revealed a need for more training for teachers in inclusive education. They are mukalaf who are obliged to carry out the commands of Allah SWT. Even though they are deaf, they have the right to study the Quran. One of the methods used to learn recitation is the hand code of the Quran. Therefore, the objective of this study is to identify the challenges faced by deaf people in learning to recite the Quran using the Quran Hand Sign Code. This case study used a qualitative approach through semi structured interviews with five deaf people in Selangor. The data were transcribed before being coded thematically using the Nvivo 10 software. Among the challenges faced by deaf people in learning to recite the Quran using the hand code are the lack of communication skills of teachers who teach using Malaysian Sign Language, difficulty remembering and understanding hand code Quran and the difficulty of finding Quran teachers who are skilled in teaching the deaf.<br /><br /><strong>Abstrak</strong><br />Golongan pekak adalah golongan yang mempunyai kurang upaya dalam pendengaran. Mereka merupakan mukalaf wajib melaksanakan perintah Allah SWT. Walaupun mereka pekak tetapi mereka mempunyai hak untuk mempelajari Quran. Salah satu kaedah yang digunakan untuk mempelajari tilawah ialah Kod Tangan Quran. Oleh itu, objektif kajian ini adalah untuk mengenalpasti cabaran orang pekak dalam mempelajari tilawah dengan menggunakan Kod Tangan Quran. Kajian kes ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif secara temu bual separa struktur kepada lima orang pekak di Selangor. Data-data tersebut ditranskripsikan sebelum dikodkan secara tema dengan menggunakan perisian NVIVO 10. A perfect religious life can help and encourage a Muslim to always obey and comply with Allah's commands and always do good and leave evil deeds. Islamic religious education is provided comprehensively, including to the PWDs group, especially to the deaf group. This study also aims to see the perception of Islamic study students regarding the importance of religious education for the deaf and to what extent the students are prepared to deal with the deaf. The respondents involved consisted of 100 students taking Islamic study courses around Selangor and Negeri Sembilan. Data were obtained through a questionnaire form using a 5-point Likert scale as an instrument to obtain data. The findings of this study found that the level of knowledge, perception of the importance of religious education for deaf groups and students' preparation to deal with deaf groups were high. The findings of the study also provide guidance to the parties involved to further increase the provision of students to convey religious knowledge to the deaf by mastering sign language skills comprehensively.<br /><br /><strong>Abstrak</strong><br />Pendidikan agama merupakan perkara yang sangat penting bagi setiap orang yang bergelar Muslim demi menjamin kesejahteraan dan panduan dalam menjalani kehidupan. Kehidupan beragama yang sempurna dapat membantu dan mendorong seorang Muslim untuk sentiasa patuh dan taat kepada perintah Allah SWT dan sentiasa melakukan kebaikan serta meninggalkan perbuatan yang mungkar. Pendidikan agama Islam diberikan secara menyeluruh termasuklah kepada golongan OKU, terutamanya kepada golongan pekak. Kajian ini juga bertujuan untuk melihat persepsi pelajar pengajian Islam terhadap kepentingan pendidikan agama kepada golongan pekak serta sejauh manakah tahap persediaan pelajar untuk berhadapan dengan golongan pekak. Responden yang terlibat terdiri daripada 100 orang mahasiswa/i yang mengambil kursus pengajian Islam di sekitar Selangor dan Negeri Sembilan. A mother's behaviour influences the formation of a child's character. In line with this position, the Prophet Muhammad (SAW), through his hadiths, has explained the ways to educate and shape children's morality. However, in applying a hadith, it is necessary to understand its contextual meaning and not just its textual meaning. Therefore, this study aims to explain the contextual meaning of the hadiths on the mother's role in shaping children's morality through selected hadiths from Sahih al-Bukhariy. The objectives of this study are to identify the hadiths regarding the mother's role in shaping children's morality in Sahih al-Bukhariy and to analyze the contextual meaning of these hadiths. This study employs a qualitative research method using document analysis. It applies the Semantic Fields Theory to extract the hadiths about the mother's role in shaping children's morality from Sahih al-Bukhariy. In examining the contextual meaning of the hadiths, the study divides the analysis into two parts: linguistic analysis and <em>istinbat</em> analysis. The results of the study identify 5 hadiths on the mother's role in shaping children's morality and 5 specific roles of the mother based on the contextual meaning of the hadiths. These five roles are preventing children from torturing animals to death, preventing children from going out at dusk, and training children in Islamic etiquette such as giving greetings, table manners, and household-related matters. By identifying the mother's roles based on the contextual meaning, this study reinforces the relevance of applying hadiths in the current context.</p> <p><br /><br /><strong>Abstrak</strong><br />Ibu memiliki peranan yang besar dalam kehidupan anak. Perilaku ibu mempengaruhi pembentukan karakter seorang anak. Bersesuaian dengan kedudukan ini, Nabi Muhammad SAW menerusi hadis Baginda telah menjelaskan cara mendidik dan membentuk akhlak anak-anak. Walau bagaimanapun, dalam mengaplikasi sesebuah hadis, ia perlu difahami makna kontekstual hadis tersebut dan ia tidak hanya difahami secara tekstual. Justeru, kajian ini akan menjelaskan makna kontekstual hadis peranan ibu terhadap pembentukan akhlak anak menerusi hadis-hadis terpilih daripada Sahih al-Bukhariy. Objektif kajian ini ialah mengenalpasti hadis peranan ibu dalam pembentukan akhlak anak dalam Sahih al-Bukhariy dan menganalisis makna kontekstual hadis peranan ibu terhadap pembentukan akhlak anak. Metode kajian ini berbentuk kualitatif yang menggunakan kaedah analisis dokumen. Kajian ini mengaplikasi Teori Medan Makna untuk mengekstrak hadis peranan ibu terhadap pembentukan akhlak anak daripada Sahih al-Bukhariy. Dalam meneliti makna kontekstual hadis, kajian ini membahagikan kepada dua bahagian analisis iaitu analisis dari sudut bahasa dan analisis dari sudut istinbat. Hasil kajian mendapati sebanyak 5 hadis peranan ibu terhadap pembentukan akhlak anak dan 5 peranan ibu yang dapat dikenalpasti menerusi analisis makna kontekstual hadis yang dilakukan. Lima peranan ibu tersebut ialah menahan anak daripada menyeksa binatang untuk dibunuh, menahan anak daripada keluar waktu senja serta melatih anak adab syariah seperti memberi salam, adab makan dan hal yang melibatkan rumahtangga anak. The study establishes one of the significant methodologies of the Prophetic teachings, which urges a man to be grateful to the Benefactor by narrating a true story that occurred to three people from the Children of Israel without mentioning their names. This is for those who hear it afterward to accede to that admonition, as there is no wisdom in mentioning name; it is rather in what happened to them. The problem was the reason for exclusively choosing these three afflictions. The study aims at encouraging the exercise of patience in the time of affliction, no matter how severe it is. The study also encourages a strong avidity for being indebted to the Benefactor, because blessings last eternally with gratefulness. Besides, gratefulness is one of the factors for the sustainability and increment of blessings. The research adopts the inductive analytical method. The research has been concluded with the most significant findings. Primarily, Allah exclusively singled out these ailments by making special reference to them, as they are incurable according to human capacity. Ultimately, the affliction is a continuous Divine decree that its occurrence is inevitable.<br /><br /> الملخص<br />تتناول هذه الدراسة جانبًا مهمًا من جوانب حياة الإنسان حيث تكمن أهميتها بأنها أسلوب من أساليب التربية النبوية التي تحث الإنسان على شكر المنعِم من خلال سرد قصة واقعية حدثت في ثلاثة نفر من بني إسرائيل ولم يخبرنا الرسول الكريم بأسمائهم ليتعظ به من سمعه بعدهم إذ ليست الحكمة في ذكر الإسم وإنما في القصة التي حدثت فيهم، فهدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة منهج من مناهج التربية النبوية التي استخدمها رسولنا الكريم من خلال سرد قصص السابقين لأخذ العبرة والعِظة من قصصهم، فكان المنهج المتبع هو المنهج التحليلي الوصفي لهذه القصة ووصف حال النفر من بني إسرائيل، ثم المنهج المقارن للمقارنة بين هذه البلاءات التي ابتلى الله بها هؤلاء النفر من بني إسرائيل، وخَلُصَت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، وهي: أن القصص طريقة من طرق التربية النبوية التي استخدمها الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم، وعلى الإنسان الإستفادة من قصص السابقين. وأوصت الدراسة على شكر المنعِم على نعمه في السراء والضراء، والتحلي بالصبر عند الشدائد. </p>2024-06-01T00:00:00+08:00Copyright (c) 2024 Forat Mustafa Almazloum , Kabiru Goje
