The Special Needs and Their Care in the Sunnah Nabawiyyah

Islam as a divine religion honored mankind in all stages of his life, merciful to all human beings, with a compassion for people with special needs. This study is about some aspects of the special care of the Prophet with regards to people with special needs, it will attempt to highlight the behavior of the Prophet (peace of Allah be upon him) how he treated them with his kindness affection and care of their conditions and wellbeing, honored and comforted them, considering their instincts. The research followed the analytical descriptive method in the reading and understanding the Prophetic Hadith and other sources, the words of scholars. It has been proven that Islam has preserved the right of people with special needs and decided to take full care of them, in they are required to observe some patience in return of entering the paradise.

الإسلام دين سماوي كرّم الإنسان في شتّى صوره، وفي كافة مراحل عمره، وجاء الإسلام رحيماً عطوفاَ لكافة البشر، وممن شملت رحمته وعطفه فئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وهـذا بحث عن مظاهر الرعاية بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في السنة النبوية، حاولت فيه إبراز معالم دور الخطاب النبوي فيهم، وكيف كان ظاهرا سلوك النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وتعامله معهم، فكان يشملهم بعطفه وحنانه، ويهتم بأحوالهم ومصالحهم، ويكرمهم ويواسيهم، ويراعي نزعاتهم الفطرية وغير ذلك. واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في استقراء النصوص الحديثية، ومورد الاستدلال فيه، وكلام أهل العلم، وقد تبيّن أن الإسلام حافظ على ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وقرّر لهم الرعاية الكاملة، والعمل على قضاء حوائجهم، ودعتهم للصبر والرضا لتُرفع درجاتهم، ولينالوا بعد ذلك رحمة الله تعالى ويدخلوا الجنة.
