The Malaysian Education System has experienced significant changes in meeting the demands of globalization. Next, the National Education Philosophy that was founded is to produce people who are balanced from an emotional aspect such as the ability of teachers to adapt to assignments well. In addition, the teacher's emotional balance is also obtained through the adaptation of a conducive workplace environment. Thus, this study wants to explore the relationship between adaptability and emotional happiness in giving birth to Karamah Insaniah. Findings prove that these three variables have a strong relationship between variables and significance. Thus, teachers who have a high level of adaptability and happiness certainly affect the results in the teaching profession, Happiness also has a positive impact on the contribution in shaping the reform of the education system in the future.
Abstrak
Sistem Pendidikan Malaysia telah mengalami perubahan ketara dalam memenuhi kehendak globalisasi. Falsafah Pendidikan Negara yang diasaskan pula bermatlamatkan melahirkan insan yang seimbang merangkumi aspek emosi seperti kebolehan guru beradaptasi terhadap tugasan dengan baik dan persekitaran tempat kerja yang kondusif. Justeru, kajian ini ingin meneroka hubungan kebolehan beradaptasi dan kebahagiaan emosi dalam melahirkan karamah insaniah. Kecemerlangan ketiga-tiga aspek ini menjadi hasrat utama dalam sistem pendidikan. Dapatan membuktikan ketiga-tiga pemboleh ubah ini mempunyai hubungan yang kuat sesama peboleh ubah dan siginifikan. Justeru, guru yang mempunyai tahap kebolehan beradaptasi dan kebahagiaan yang tinggi tentu sahaja mempengaruhi hasilnya dalam profesion keguruan, Kebahagiaan juga memberikan kesan secara positif terhadap sumbangan dalam membentuk reformasi sistem pendidikan pada masa hadapan
